Job summary

Potters Resorts is seeking a Bars Team Member to join our Essex bars on a part-time basis. You will mix cocktails, pour pints, and deliver excellent guest service in a lively, friendly atmosphere.

Hours are 2–4 shifts per week, 9:00 am to 2:30 am, including weekends and bank holidays. A UK driving licence and own vehicle are required due to location. Benefits include meals on shift and staff perks at Potters Academy.

Qualifications

• Provide amazing customer service to all guests.
• Serve a wide range of drinks including tea, coffee, cocktails, and alcoholic drinks.
• Strong attention to detail - capable of clearing tables and glasses.
• Attend training sessions on alcohol laws and procedures.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves smiling.
