Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct specification.
• Delivering food to customers and clearing plates within the required timeframe.
• Providing friendly customer interactions and building rapport.
• Being knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain clean as you go, including clearing tables and toilet checks.
• Working in all areas including glass-washing and restocking fridges.
