JD Wetherspoon Plc is seeking team-oriented staff to serve food and drinks, maintain cleanliness and safety, and provide excellent customer service in pubs with flexible shift patterns.

We welcome applicants with a good attitude and willingness to learn; no prior experience is required. Benefits include meals on shift, discounts, and performance bonuses. Opportunities for progression and guaranteed or variable hours are available.

Qualificações

• Have a proof of right to work.
• Have a bank account in your own name.
• Be able to converse in English and to understand the language to complete training and other duties associated with your job role.
• Have a fixed place of residence within reasonable travelling distance of your place of work.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct spec, whether at the bar or via the customer app.
• Delivering food to customers, ensuring that check-backs are completed and clearing plates within the required timeframe.
• Providing friendly customer interactions: say hello, thank customers and build rapport.
• Being knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain our 'clean as you go' standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and carrying out toilet checks.
• Working in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties, as needed.
