JD Wetherspoon Plc is hiring for front-line team members to serve drinks and food in a fast-paced pub environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude, with full training provided.

Our pubs operate with flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Benefits include meals on shift, staff discounts and opportunities for progression within a supportive, inclusive team.

Formación

• No experience required; a good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain customer service standards.
• Must be able to converse in English and understand training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders and prepare/serve drinks to spec, at the bar or via app.
• Deliver food to tables and clear plates within required times.
• Provide friendly customer interactions: say hello, thank customers, and build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain clean as you go standards: clean surfaces, clear tables, toilets checks.
• Work in all areas including glass-washing, restocking fridges, floor/beach garden duties as needed.
