You will join a supportive team with opportunities for personal development and progression within Park Holidays UK. Training will be provided, with emphasis on customer service, cash handling, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring prompt, friendly service.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and drinks, adhering to company standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish items, and rotate stock for freshness.
• Work as part of a team to complete tasks to a high standard and support colleagues.
• Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments.
• Provide helpful advice to guests about facilities and services, addressing queries promptly.
• Participate in training to stay updated on products and services.
