• Serve and present beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting standards and specs
• Keep the bar, front-of-house, and toilets clean and tidy at all times
• Stay updated on all products, specials, promotions, and events to enhance customer experience
• Create an epic party atmosphere at all times
• Promote offers on food and drinks
• Check back during food service to ensure satisfaction
• Practice up-selling skills on every sale
• Provide fast, friendly, and charismatic table service
• Fulfill guest requests to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and safety

Maintaining Controls and Standards

• Conduct daily standard audits and report issues
• Adhere to all company policies and local licensing laws
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Perform security checks and report issues

Contributing ideas to develop an innovative business
