Job summary

Upham Inns in the heart of Southern England is seeking Bar Team Members to join our stylish pubs. You will greet guests, take orders, handle cash and card payments, and serve drinks including cocktails in a lively setting.

We value potential over experience and provide training and development so you can grow with us. You’ll be part of a friendly, customer‑focused team supporting great guest experiences and responsible service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws
• You’ll be a great communicator
• You’ll have great decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub
• Taking food & drink orders and handling cash/card payments

delight our guests with their drinks knowledge, barista and cocktail skills.

Ideally
you may have worked in a pub before, but the great thing about Upham Inns is that we hire based on potential, more than previous experience.

What do we do?

We own a collection of
beautiful and individual premium pubs across Southern England. Our pubs are in idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience. Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started rolling out last year.
