Job summary

Slug & Lettuce in Oxford is hiring Bar Team Members. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. We value teamwork and strive to create memorable guest experiences in a welcoming environment across our New Road venue.

As part of Stonegate Group, you’ll be 18+ to serve alcohol, enjoy flexible working options, and participate in development programmes designed to grow your skills and confidence while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong team collaboration and focus on guest experiences.
• 18 years or older due to sale of alcohol.

Responsibilities
