Job summary

Stonegate Group’s Flares in Liverpool is hiring a Bar Team Member to join a lively venue with strong party atmosphere. No prior experience needed as full training is provided; you’ll learn to greet guests, prepare and serve food and drinks, make recommendations, and help keep the bar area clean and safe.

You’ll be part of a friendly team at weekends and evenings, with flexible hours and staff benefits, including venue discounts and development opportunities within a dynamic national group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar work is not required but a friendly, welcoming attitude helps.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly service.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to standard procedures.
• Make recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and safe bar area.

Venues is the party animal of Stonegate Group. From iconic nightclubs such as Ark or Rosies to our fantastic LGBTQ+ bars across the UK or Latin London venues to retro-tastic clubs, there is quite literally something for everyone! Our Venues team lives and breathes the electric atmosphere with our famous tours, events and get-up-and-dance music policy. We’re looking for the people who’d be the first on the dancefloor, so if that sounds like you, we want to hear from you. Flares, Liverpool is known for its party atmosphere that just won’t quit. We are open for Saturday Night Fever on selected days, and our guests are a mishmash of students, hen groups, and office parties here, all cutting shapes on the LED dancefloor with a signature Partini cocktail in their grasp that are 2-4-1 on Thursdays.
