Job description

Shepherd Neame is seeking part-time Bar Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy a busy front-line role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Known locally as ‘The Bricks’, this traditional pub in Masons Hill, Bromley, offers a warm welcome, excellent ales, and classic pub food. It's an ideal spot to watch the big match or enjoy a leisurely lunch, just a short walk from Bromley’s town centre and The Glades shopping centre.

At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions matter. You will play a key role in our business by greeting customers warmly and delivering exceptional service at every opportunity.

If you lack previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything you need to know.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • A share of tips in addition to your hourly wage
  • Early wage withdrawal scheme
  • 25% discount on food and drink at Shepherd Neame Managed Houses
  • 25% discount on overnight hotel bookings at Managed Houses
  • Up to 40% discount on select purchases from the Visitor Centre Shop in Faversham
  • Access to Sheps Hut discounts and offers on hundreds of high street shops and services
  • Workplace Mental Health Platform
  • Company pension scheme
  • Opportunities to develop and progress within our pubs, brewery, and support offices
  • Flexible working hours
