Wildwood is seeking a Bar Team Member to be at the heart of the restaurant experience. You’ll craft drinks—from cocktails to wines and spirits—with pride, ensuring every pour is spot on and every guest leaves satisfied.

You'll work closely with front of house and kitchen teams to keep service flowing, bring energy and your own style behind the bar, and stay sharp and professional. Full training and flexible shifts support your growth and balance.

The role

As a Bar Team Member, you’re at the heart of the restaurant experience. You’ll be the one behind the scenes creating great drinks that bring the whole experience together, from perfectly poured wines and spirits to cocktails that look as good as they taste.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a bar, has a great understanding of cocktails, wine and spirits, and takes pride in getting the details right.

You’ll work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to keep service flowing, stay one step ahead and make sure every drink that leaves the bar is spot on.

Most importantly, you’ll bring your personality, energy and own sense of style to the role creating a cool vibe behind the bar while keeping things sharp, organised and professional.
