Job description

Shepherd Neame is looking for Bar Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this may be just the job for you.

Known locally as ‘The Bricks’, this traditional pub in Masons Hill, Bromley, offers a warm welcome, excellent ales, and classic pub food. It's the perfect place to enjoy the big match or a leisurely lunch, just a short walk from Bromley's town centre and The Glades shopping centre.

At Shepherd Neame, we know that first impressions count. You will play an important role in our business by welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.

If you do not have previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
