Job description

Shepherd Neame is looking for part-time Bar Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Known locally as ‘The Bricks’, this traditional pub in Masons Hill, Bromley, offers a warm welcome, excellent ales, and hearty pub food. It's a great spot to watch the big match or enjoy a leisurely lunch, just a short walk from Bromley's town centre and The Glades shopping centre.

At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions matter. You will play a key role in our team by welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.

If you have no previous hospitality experience, don't worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything you need to know.
