Job summary

Auchrannie Resort on the Isle of Arran is seeking an exceptional bartender for Hamilton's Bar. You will deliver a welcoming, elegant bar experience with a mixologist's flair and impeccable hospitality.

Join a luxury setting with late shifts and weekends, and benefit from modern live-in accommodation if required. You will create cocktails and serve a range of drinks while engaging guests and locals with polished service.

Qualifications

• Previous mixology and bar experience and good product knowledge is required for this role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A natural host with refined communication skills and friendly and welcoming personality.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational ability
• Comfortable to work on the bar on your own as well as with a small team of dedicated colleagues

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional bartender to be part of our team in Hamilton's Bar. This is a unique opportunity for a talented mixologist and hospitality professional to create a welcoming and effortless, elegant bar experience

You will be responsible for delivering impeccable service standards, and creating a warm, relaxed ambience where guests feel genuinely welcomed and indulged.

This is a full time role working 5 days from 7 including late shifts and weekends. Modern live in accommodation is available if required.
