Job description

Shepherd Neame is seeking part-time Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Woolpack, located in Banstead, is a community pub with roots dating back to the 18th century. It offers a varied menu of freshly cooked food and serves real ales and lagers from Shepherd Neame, Britain’s oldest brewer.

At Shepherd Neame, first impressions matter. You will play a key role in welcoming customers warmly and providing excellent service at every opportunity.

No previous hospitality experience is required. If you are over 18 and possess the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
