Shepherd Neame is seeking a Bar Team Leader with energy and enthusiasm to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to develop your career in hospitality, this could be the perfect role for you.

The White Horse & Bower is a welcoming local pub located in the heart of London, near the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. It is close to Victoria Station, St James' Park, and Tate Britain, attracting a diverse customer base. We offer great food and drinks in a warm atmosphere.

As a brand ambassador, you will support the management team, undertake duty manager shifts, and lead and develop our team to deliver excellent service at all times.

If you lack previous hospitality experience, don't worry. We value qualities such as enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude, and we are happy to provide training to help you succeed.
