Shepherd Neame is seeking a part-time Bar Team Leader with energy and enthusiasm to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and want to build a career in hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Located overlooking one of the North Kent Coast's finest beaches, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington offers stunning views, excellent food, an extensive drinks menu, and friendly service. The pub is near Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum, with the Shepherd Neame's Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk available for exploration, starting and ending at the pub.

As a brand ambassador, you will support the management team, undertake duty manager shifts, and lead and develop our team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

If you lack previous hospitality experience, don't worry. As long as you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
