Front of House Team Members – Full & Part Time

Advertised via The Park View – Roles based at The Pier View, Worthing Seafront

We’re opening the doors to The Pier View, an exciting new seafront venue in Worthing — and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our launch team.

Whether you’re an early bird who enjoys a bustling breakfast shift or a night owl who thrives in a lively evening atmosphere, we have full and part-time roles available across a range of shifts.

Although this job is advertised via The Park View, these positions are for our brand-new site, The Pier View, right on the seafront.

About the Role:

As a member of the Front of House team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and efficient guest experience — from laid-back daytime service to buzzing late-night trade.

We’re looking for individuals who are confident, customer-focused, and able to adapt to different situations. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working together to create a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments accurately

Ensuring the venue is clean, tidy, and well-presented before, during, and after service

Working as part of a team to support both quiet daytime trade and busy evening periods

Maintaining a positive and approachable attitude with guests and colleagues

Thinking on your feet and solving customer needs quickly and calmly

Adapting to different guest expectations across breakfast, lunch, and late-night service

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, reliable, and proactive approach

Ability to work with guests and colleagues of all ages and backgrounds

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confidence in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Flexible availability across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
