Job summary

The Fox House at Holmfirth is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily shifts and keep service running smoothly in a busy pub restaurant setting. You will oversee bar operations, train staff, manage cellar tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have previous bar experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Confident, friendly and able to work in a busy environment.
• Pride in presentation, product knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar shifts and manage cellar operations.
• Train and motivate team members while maintaining standards.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance at all times.
• Handle cash and follow opening/closing procedures as required.
• Provide warm, attentive service and pour drinks to high standards.
• Keep bar stocked, clean and well-presented.
• Support Bar Manager in running an efficient service.
