WSH Restaurants in the Berkshire countryside is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team at The Boxford, delivering exquisite cocktails and excellent wine while mentoring junior bartenders. You will set the standard for service and product knowledge, ensuring a welcoming guest experience across all shifts.

With at least 1 year’s experience in a quality restaurant, you will work autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with managers to maintain menu standards and smooth bar

Qualifikationen

• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Hands on and proactive approach.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service, whilst carrying out all duties required.
• Take part in the setup of the bar.
• Take orders and prepare drinks.
• Prepare hot drinks.
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services.
• Take part in the setup of the bar and events.
• Nurture and develop new commis bartenders.
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings.
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of beverages and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
• Confident with the ordering and stock management required.
