Job summary

De Vere Wokefield Estate in Mortimer is recruiting a Bar Supervisor to support and guide our team. Our Bar Team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.

As Bar Supervisor you will take a lead role on the bar, create and serve drinks, engage with guests daily, and work with colleagues to develop their skills while keeping the bar area clean and well stocked. Weekend shifts on rota.

Qualifications

• Bar experience and some supervising experience.
• Confident, guest-focused with exceptional service.
• Excellent organiser, professional, able to delegate.
• Familiar with OpenTable booking system; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar, create and serve drinks, and engage with guests daily.
• Develop colleagues' skills and keep the bar area clean and well stocked.
