De Vere Wokefield Estate is recruiting a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team, craft drinks, and engage with guests to ensure memorable visits. You will mentor colleagues, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, and support a high standard of guest service across shifts.

Experience in bar operations and supervisory roles is preferred. OpenTable familiarity is a plus; training can be provided as needed.

Qualificações

• Bar experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Confident and guest-focused with strong service
• Organised with professional attitude and able to delegate effectively.
• Familiarity with booking systems such as OpenTable is a plus, training available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the bar team in creating and serving drinks and engaging with guests.
• Develop teammates' skills and knowledge on a daily basis.
• Keep the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
