As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional guest service on every shift. From making sure food and drinks are served to the highest standard, to managing smooth operations in your section, you ensure everything runs like clockwork.
You’ll be confident handling the operational side of service, including staff organisation, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with all RedCat health, safety, and licensing policies. You’ll also use your commercial awareness to help drive sales, monitor promotions, and identify opportunities to increase profitability without compromising on quality.
