Job summary

Freemans Event Partners is recruiting a Bar Supervisor to strengthen our bar teams at London Stadium. You will lead a small but capable team on matchdays, ensure bars are stocked, deliver fast service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role is casual, approximately 20–25 hours per week, around evenings and weekends, with pay around £15 per hour plus holiday pay. Previous bar supervisory experience and good communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Has previous bar management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-volume bars, hospitality or events.
• Confident in leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understands responsible alcohol service and licensing; PLH is a plus.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, brief and oversee bar teams throughout matchday operations.
• Ensure bars are set up, stocked and ready for service.
• Deliver fast, efficient and professional customer service standards.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate replenishment during service.
• Oversee till and cashless payment procedures.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and licensing requirements are followed.
• Monitor queues and service speeds during peak periods.
• Allocate team members effectively according to demand.
• Resolve customer and operational issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and health & safety standards.
• Manage bar close-down and stock procedures.
• Work with senior event and venue management.
• Complete required operational checks and reporting.
