- Occasionally helping other areas of the business as requested - extending to the cinema
- Making sure all checklists and cleaning rota's are adhered to
Bar supervisor experience, running a busy bar with experience of leading a team - Confident bartender; can confidently make cocktails without specs, concise knowledge of wines and spirits
- Can work evenings and weekends

- Barista experience
Preferable skills/experience:- Experience working in a cinema or theatre is desirable
