What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise the bar team and ensure every shift runs smoother than a well-poured martini
• Deliver exceptional service and unforgettable drinks - from morning coffees to late-night cocktails
• Train, support, and inspire the Bar & Restaurant team to keep standards sky-high and spirits even higher
• Manage stock and the occasional curveball with calm professionalism
• Be the friendly face guests remember - and the one they toast to
