This a fabulous opportunity to join us as a Bar Supervisor.

To be a successful Bar Supervisor you will:

1. Support the Bar Manager with the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering.
2. Have a real flair and passion for service, working with quality products and a good understanding of drinks menus.
3. Have previous supervisory drinks experience in a quality bar environment.
4. Possess an open, engaging and humble personality, who has the confidence to lead the Bar Team.
5. Ensure our high standards of delivering fresh, flavoursome & beautifully presented drinks & tapas and engaging & friendly service are exceeded all of the time.
6. Be attentive and proactive, with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the guest and managers.
7. Have a strong teamwork ethic, be humble and show respect for all colleagues.
8. Possess excellent attention to detail, be calm under pressure and resilient.
9. Be looking to develop and progress your career.
