culinary excellence and an award winning bar. A relaxed and mood-lit cocktail bar
that transforms on weekends with DJ’s, bold cocktails and an energetic buzz.





The role…



We have a fantastic and rare opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team. As Bar
Supervisor you will need to have excellent cocktail skills and in depth bar
product knowledge. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally
with some supervisory experience and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast
paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together
with a real passion for service excellence is essential.

·
Supervise bar operations during shifts, including opening and closing,
rota coordination, daily banking and ensuring service excellence

·
Lead and mentor bartenders and floor staff, delivering professional
training in mixology, upselling techniques, and customer service standards

·
Maintain inventory, conduct stock checks, and work with management on
ordering and waste control

·
Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager to innovate and refresh
signature cocktails and beverage menus

·
Ensure impeccable presentation of drinks, manage cleanliness and bar
hygiene, and enforce health & safety standards

·
Handle guest inquiries and complaints gracefully, anticipate needs and
exceed expectations to create memorable experiences across the entire guest
journey from booking to bill.

·
Support the Bar Manager with administrative duties. Complete shift
reports, sales tracking, bookings and enquiries, event planning and social
media. Liaise with other F&B departments when required



What We’re Looking
For…

·
At least 2 years’ experience in a high‑quality cocktail bar
and restaurant environment, preferably with some supervisory experience and
ideally within a luxury hotel or other high-end setting

·
Expert knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and
wine. Confident in building bespoke beverage offerings and menus

·
Genuine leadership with excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate
and develop staff, maintain professional standards, and keep service polished
and efficient

·
A mind-set centred on customer service, anticipating guest needs and
delivering experiences that go beyond expectations

·
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends
and peak periods

·
Strong or fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
