Hilton London Tower Bridge is a fully refurbished contemporary 248 room hotel. Its location makes it a well-known and ideal accommodation for business travelers and families. The hotel boasts 2 floors of modern meetings and events spaces.

Its main restaurant, offers a mixture of modern British and International cuisine. In addition, the Two Ruba bar provides a wide range of sophisticated and expertly crafted cocktails and drinks for the guests.

Responsibilities

  • Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
  • Keep bar operations running smoothly: Supervise and oversee all bar activities, ensuring stations are stocked, organized, and operating according to established standards
  • Support efficient service: Prepare beverages for servers to deliver to guests, process transactions, and ensure collaboration between the bar and service teams
  • Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across the Bar and Room Service operations, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance, efficient deployment and excellent guest service
  • Address guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

  • Hourly pay of £14.77 plus service charge and tips
