The Ivy Collection is seeking a dynamic Bar Supervisor to join our team at one of our iconic London locations. You will oversee bar operations in the Bar Manager's absence, manage stock, take orders, and ensure top quality service while training colleagues for efficiency.

Key elements of your role as Bar Supervisor:

You willoversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager. Bar Supervisor responsibilities include managing stock, serving guests, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality. You will assist in the training of all employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner. They make sure customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity.

You have at least 1+ years' experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure. You pride yourself on your professional approach to service excellence and you are a real team player.
