Middle Eight, a luxury hotel in Covent Garden, London, is recruiting a Bar Supervisor. You will lead the bar team, craft beverages, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, knowledge of wines and cocktails, and a passion for delivering memorable service.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry and delivering guest experiences.

• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment is preferred.

Middle Eight is a new, 180 room lifestyle luxury hotel with purpose in Covent Garden. Until recently, this address was home to one of the country's foremost recording venues. The hotel reflects the performance culture of Covent Garden and adds to it through performance spaces of its own.

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and outgoing Bar Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar. You will be preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar and creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest needs and expectations every time.

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
