Job Title: Ba Staff Member

Location: ABP Tri Mess, Picton Barracks, Bulford, Wilts, SP4 9JZ

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to join our team as a Ba Staff member at Sodexo. In this role, you will help create a welcoming environment for our customers, especially armed forces personnel, by delivering excellent service and building genuine connections.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the bar area operates smoothly and efficiently as part of the Front of House team.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude, always aiming to meet customer needs.
• Serve drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a pleasant experience for all customers.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older due to licensing regulations.
• Positive, adaptable, and with strong communication skills.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
