A leading event staffing agency is seeking experienced bar staff for Y Not Festival in Matlock, UK. Join the fun and serve customers in a high-energy festival environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality and a friendly attitude. Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team at Y Not Festival 2025!
This is your chance to be part of the action at one of the UK’s top indie festivals – with acts, atmosphere, and epic vibes guaranteed. If you're a pro at pouring pints, love the buzz of live events, and thrive under pressure, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serving customers in busy, high-volume festival bars
Using mass-dispense or packaged drinks systems
Keeping queues moving and guests happy
Working long shifts in a lively, fast-paced environment
We’re Looking For:
️Experienced bar staff – pubs, events, festivals, hospitality
️Confident serving drinks and working at speed
️A friendly, reliable, can-do attitude
️Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
️Prior experience at large-scale events or festivals is a big bonus
️If camping, you must have your own equipment
