Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team for the Gone Wild Festival 2025. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, eclectic music, and stunning countryside setting, Gone Wild is the place to be this summer – and we need talented bartenders to keep the party flowing!

If you’re ready to work hard, have fun, and be part of an unforgettable festival, we want to hear from you.

You need to be able to make your OWN WAY there and back, or there is Free Camping Onsite if you wish to stay.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous bar experience – events, festivals, pubs, or bars
  • Confidence handling high volumes, pouring pints, and mixing drinks
  • Great customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • Friendly, professional, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Festival experience is a plus, but not essential!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Serving drinks from busy, high-energy festival bars
  • Using mass dispensing systems and packaged products
  • Keeping the energy high and making sure queues stay moving
  • Ensuring responsible service and great customer interactions
