The Hut at Colwell Bay is recruiting Front of House staff for the busy season ahead, offering a wage structure of £15 per hour for Waiting Staff and £12 for Runners, depending on age and experience. *Guaranteed Minimum Hourly Rate (GMHR) Explanation

All employees will have a basic pay rate equal to the national minimum wage for their age group. GMHR will be met through the distribution of service charge and house tips (TRONC). If TRONC funds are insufficient to meet GMHR, the company will top up pay. If TRONC exceeds GMHR, the excess will be distributed among the team. 100% of service charge and house tips will be distributed. Hours during training sessions, setup, and breakdown outside of the season are paid at the basic rate.
