Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic bar staff to join our team at Cinque Ports. Your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, clearing tables, maintaining housekeeping, preparing and serving drinks (including cocktails and coffees), and managing stock. Flexibility to work front or back of house roles is essential, with shifts varying based on events and seasons.

Working Hours

Shifts are scheduled across the week, with hours ranging from 11am to 1am, depending on events and school holidays. During the summer, we operate 7 days a week, with usual hours Thursday to Sunday, 4-11pm, and midday openings on weekends.

Uniform and Parking

Uniform: Black top (logo-free), dark jeans (no rips), trainers. Parking is available nearby, either free in surrounding streets or paid in Dreamland Carpark (£1.50-£9.00 depending on shift length).

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in bar work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. Cocktail and Barista experience are preferred.
