Responsabilidades

• Take orders and serve drinks and food to customer specifications.
• Deliver food and complete check-backs within the required timeframes.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and build rapport with guests.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene; assist in clearing tables and restocking as needed.
• Work across all pub areas, including bar, dining, and back-of-house tasks.
