Job Description

What your working day looks like...

• You ensure smooth processes and workflows so that the team can work seamlessly, even during busy times.
• You enjoy working with people and caring for their well-being.
• As a trained gastronome, you always have tasks to handle and can create memorable experiences for guests.
• Preparing and serving creative Spritz drinks, cocktails, and long drinks for the restaurant and bar.
• Advising guests on drinks and recommending suitable combinations.
• Managing the ordering and stocking of spirits and other beverages.
• Maintaining the quality and attractive presentation of drinks.
• Supporting the development of new Spritz creations.
• Handling cash register activities and end-of-shift accounting.
• Organizing and maintaining the bar area.

Qualifications

• Experience working at the bar is required.
• Passion for drinks, especially aperitifs, bitters, and Spritz creations.
• Basic knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation.
• Reliable and independent work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner with guests.
• Team player with organizational skills and an interest in bar scene trends.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• An enthusiasm for good food and drinks and a desire to discover new concepts.
• You bring not only skills but also character.
