Job summary

Freemans Event Partners is hiring Bar Staff for the Blenheim Palace Christmas Light Trails. Join a busy, outdoor seasonal event delivering fast, friendly service to visitors and helping create a memorable experience.

Shifts run from mid-November to January, with evenings and weekends. No previous bar experience required, though hospitality background is welcome; reliability, punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Thrives in busy, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Available for shifts from mid-November to January, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working at an outdoor seasonal event during autumn and winter months.

Responsibilities

• Serve beer, wine, spirits, hot drinks and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
• Support with bar setup and close-down procedures.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service during each shift.

We're recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our team at Blenheim Palace for the spectacular Christmas Light Trails.

Be part of the team delivering an unforgettable visitor experience at one of the UK's most iconic historic venues, as Blenheim Palace is transformed for two of the biggest events in its seasonal calendar.

With shifts available from mid-November through to January, this is a fantastic opportunity to pick up flexible work throughout the autumn and festive season.

Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to gain valuable hospitality experience, you'll have the opportunity to work in a lively, fast-paced environment while welcoming thousands of visitors to Blenheim Palace.

With flexible, event-based shifts and opportunities to work at other major sporting events, festivals and live venues across the UK, there are plenty of opportunities to continue working with Freemans Event Partners throughout the year.

The Role:

You’ll work within busy bars and hospitality areas across the Blenheim Palace Christmas Light Trails, delivering fast, friendly and efficient service while helping to create an outstanding experience for visitors.
