Waterloo Tap is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our craft beer bar team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beer, deliver exceptional customer service, and have proven experience in a fast-paced pub environment.

The role requires clear communication, a strong focus on cleanliness, and the ability to make high-quality beer pours and recommendations. Shifts are flexible, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a competitive wage and employee discount.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a bartender role within a bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Basic working knowledge of licensing laws and compliance procedures.
