Mitchells & Butlers’ Peacock Inn in the United Kingdom is hiring a Part Time Head Bartender to lead a bar team and serve as the mixologist for our drinks offering. You’ll train staff, uphold high service standards, and support the day-to-day running of the bar.

Qualifications

• Experience as a head bartender or lead bartender.

As a Part Time Head Bartender atthe Peacock Inn, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
