Fishery Inn at Premium Country Pubs is seeking a Part Time Head Bartender to lead the bar team and act as a skilled mixologist for our drinks. You will support and role-model training while helping with day-to-day operations and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success.
