This is a great opportunity to take the first steps in your hospitality career and work as part of the Bar Team within Tom Peppers Loft and Cellar Bar, part of Surya Hotels. You will report to and work with the site's Senior management team to maximize guest experience.

To be successful in our bar team, you will need:

1. A positive, can-do attitude towards all customers and team colleagues.
2. Thirst for knowledge about spirits, wines, cocktails, and the “perfect serve” for each customer.
3. Great communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers in a lively, fast-paced environment.
4. Availability to work late hours and early shifts, including bar/club work, on a variety of shifts.

• Providing excellent service to guests, including taking orders, serving drinks, processing payments, and ensuring a great guest experience.
• Meeting all site standards of service and working well within the team.
• Developing a good understanding of serving coffees, alcohol, and wine in a bar/club environment.
• Willingness to work opening and closing shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays on a pro-rata basis.
• A commitment to ongoing development through in-house and external training sessions.
