Job description

Welcome to The Beefy Boys, the burger empire of your dreams - where the patties are juicy, the buns are fresh. We're a fast-paced, rapidly growing burger joint on a mission to become the greatest burger restaurant in the entire galaxy.

We've spent years delving deep into the world of burgers. For us, there's no such thing as a "just a cheeseburger". Oh no, we're talking about a universe of patties: from thick, juicy 6oz steakhouse delights to crispy diner-style smashburgers, and even the oh-so-filthy Oklahoma-style patties that'll have you questioning your entire existence.

Now, we're on the hunt for Bar Staff who are ready to dive in, have a blast, and shake up some seriously epic cocktails and milkshakes with a smile! If you've got the energy to keep the vibe high, serve up delicious drinks, and help the team keep things running smoothly, then we want YOU! No need to stress - just bring your enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a love for good times. You'll be part of the crew, making sure the bar stays buzzing, the milkshakes are creamy, and our guests leave happy (and totally satisfied)!

What You Need:

• Be a Team Player: You'll work with the crew to keep the bar buzzing and the drinks flowing. Whether you're shaking cocktails, serving up milkshakes, or just keeping the energy high, you'll be at the heart of the action!
• Customer Vibes: You'll make sure every guest feels like they're at a mate’s BBQ. Greet them with a smile, and whip up the perfect drink (cocktail, milkshake, or cold beer) to keep the good times rolling!
• Shake It Up: Whether it's crafting a killer cocktail or blending the most epic milkshake, you'll be all about delivering tasty drinks that have our guests coming back for more.
• Keep Things Flowing: You'll keep the bar running smoothly, making sure drinks are served quickly and with a side of awesome. You've got the pace down and can juggle orders with ease while keeping the vibe high!
• Support the Crew: Whether you're helping your mates on the floor or making sure the bar is stocked, you'll always be ready to jump in and make things happen. No task is too big or small!
• Get It Done: Things can get hectic, but you'll stay cool under pressure and keep things fun. With your positive attitude and focus on making awesome drinks, you'll make sure the shift runs smoothly and everyone leaves happy!

What You'll Get:

• Tronc Share: Add some more $$ to your paycheck with your share of tronc - because good service deserves great rewards.
• Free Food: Who wouldn't love free burgers every shift? We've got you covered!
• Room to Grow: We're growing fast, and we're all about promoting from within. If you're ready to climb the ladder, we've got opportunities for you!
• Discounted Dinner: Bring your mates along for discounted meals - because everyone loves a burger night out.
• Staff Summer Festival: Our annual summer festival is the perfect way to let loose, have fun, and celebrate the team.
• Away Days: Staff away days packed with fun and team bonding. It's all about strengthening the team and having a blast together!
• 28 Days Paid Holiday: Take some time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work with 28 days of paid holiday.
• Company Pension: We've got your back with company pension contributions, helping you secure a comfy future.
