Sticks'n'Sushi in Cambridge is seeking a Bartender to join its fast-paced bar team. You’ll deliver high-standard service, mix drinks, and welcome guests with a warm smile while adapting to a busy dining room.

The role offers learning about Danish and Japanese concepts, growth through our training programs, and being part of a brand that blends design, hospitality, and culture. Previous bar experience preferred; energy and a customer-first attitude essential.

• Ideally, you already have experience in a busy bar, knowing how to give great service and make people happy.

Responsabilités

• Ensure our bar service standards are carried out at the highest level and always prioritise the needs of the guests.
• Ensure that standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the bar and restaurant
• Continuously develop knowledge of our new products and concepts
• You’ll be the face of our values, culture and brand, helping our Guests to leave the real world behind for a little while.
• You’ll bring passion, energy, and personality to the bar - every shift!
• You will learn about Danish & Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a drink, pour sake, or guide the guest through our menu, your focus is on mastering your craft.
