Evening Shifts - No Late Finishes!

Join their team as our clients open an exciting 150-seat restaurant and bar in Central London, launching in November 2024. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff and Waiters to help deliver exceptional service in a smart-casual atmosphere. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a vibrant setting, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an excellent guest experience by preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, assisting with table service, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and offer outstanding customer service in both bar and restaurant areas.
• Assist in setting up the bar and restaurant for service, handle payments, and work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant role, preferably in a high-volume, smart-casual setting
• A strong passion for hospitality and providing top-quality customer service
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evening shifts and handle late finishes
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in bar operations, including drink preparation and service, is a plus
