Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and process payments when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking
• Follow licensing laws and safety procedures
• Collaborate with the food & beverage team for smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing procedures; full training provided
