Job summary

Accor's Novotel Southampton is hiring bar and restaurant staff to join the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent guest service. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, handle payments, and help maintain high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Training is provided to all new team members, with opportunities to grow within Accor across hotels.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages to a high standard
• Preparing and serving drinks
• Processing bills, charges and payments
• Checking identification where required
• Maintaining stock rotation and replenishment
• Completing cleaning duties and health & safety checks
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests? We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar & Restaurant Staff to join the Food & Beverage team at Novotel Southampton. We offer a salary of £12.95 per hour per hour

This flexible casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can adapt to a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

What You'll Be Doing
