Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, driven team member with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in hospitality/bar is advantageous; full training provided.
• Must be 18 or over due to licensing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest drinking experience.
• Create classic and innovative drinks to exceed customer expectations.
• Be customer focused, energetic, and friendly while maintaining quality service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Report to the Bar General Manager and uphold Mollie’s standards.
