Rick Stein Restaurants is seeking a friendly Bar Person to join our front-of-house team. You will enjoy preparing and serving a range of drinks and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked.
• Follow licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene standards.

We're now looking for a friendly and confident Bar Person to join our front-of-house team. What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, including wines, cocktails, beers, and soft drinks
• Creating a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest
• Sharing knowledge of our drinks menu, wines, and daily specials
• Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Keeping the bar clean, organised, and well stocked
• Following all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

St Petroc's Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Stein's restaurants opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain and Italy. In 2016 Ruby's Bar was opened next door to St Petroc's Bistro, our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petroc's Bistro and Ruby's Bar.
